thank you for visiting our shop.

Please read the following brief information about order processing. 

At the top of the site you will always find a menu bar that navigates you comfortably. You can go directly to the SHOP, find legal information - General Terms and Conditions, Personal Data Policy, shipping costs, payment methods - and contact (our contact form is available for questions).


  • Please note that the minimal order value is 10 €. Thank you.


Order processing

1 - Enter the SHOP.

2 - On the left you will find the categories.

3 - Select a product. Click on the product and the item description will open.

4 - Put the product in the shopping cart "Add to cart". You can determine the desired quantity in the cart.

5 - Repeat these steps with other products you are interested in. The shopping cart with selected products is displayed on the top right.

6 - When you have placed all products in the cart, select "Checkout".

7 - Your billing address will be requested. ATTENTION: Make sure that the email address is correct so that you receive your shop confirmation!

8 - Select a shipping method. You can add a shipping address here.

9 - Choose one of the payment methods.

10 - Check and confirm your order, you can also provide us with additional information. Please note the terms and conditions again and confirm by clicking that you have taken note of them. You can still reconcile all your address and payment details and, if desired, make changes.

11 - If everything is correct, please complete the order by clicking on the "Finish order" button.
You will immediately receive an automatic shop confirmation for your information to the email address you provided.

12 - Wait for our "confirmation email", in which the completion of your order is confirmed and in which you will receive all payment information.

13 - We deliver your order as soon as possible.

14 - After receiving the goods from the freight forwarder, please check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and notify the freight forwarder immediately of any defects. In case of damage to the package, which indicates unauthorized handling of the shipment, do not take the shipment off the carrier!
